FC Laser currently handle the day-to-day supply of material handling and conveyor manufacturing parts to the UK’s largest online retailer.

A lot of conveyor parts are bespoke and require quick delivery, supported with solid pre-sale technical advice to ensure our customers’ full specifications are met.

As each job is different, we carry a broad range of materials in stock including mild steel, food and medical grade stainless, aluminium and galvanised steel.

Our CO2 lasers enable us to offer profiles up to 4M length in 25mm mild and 20mm stainless plate. The Fibre is excellent with thinner materials but also comes into its own with brass, copper and aluminium which we can cut up to 12mm thick. Cutting with removes the risk of oxidisation at the edges leading to a cleaner cut.

We offer deburring on all parts and have an automatic deburring machine on site.
