Precision & Speed in Structural Fabrication

We are proud to have been one of the very first laser cutters able to produce CE Marked laser, formed and machined parts to BS EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011 Execution Class 2.

One of our major strengths is our ability to respond and manufacture within a very short period. This industry sector challenges these services and standards with almost every order, which is why we have dedicated so much time to ensure that we are set up to service it at all levels, both commercially through to high quality.

A common file type supplied is NC1 which, for the most urgent jobs, saves on the programming administration and helps us deliver much quicker to our customers.

As an industry sector, this over any other, has embraced part etching for identification on stringers and other parts, to help with assembly. If you are not having this done now, call us and we can work with Technical Teams to advise how we can improve efficiency and assembly time on the shop floor.

To support the laser profiles our in-house CNC folding and machining services mean we can offer a complete operations service for our customers.
