Often parts ‘mate together’ and we look for these relationships prior to cutting to ensure parts fit and once cut can simply go direct to customers welding bays and should jig together without issue.

Kits can comprise of many parts (often small quantities of each) so packaging and part identification is critical to ensure that when the goods arrive you can move product around your shop floor quickly.

As each customer requires this done differently, we discuss these bespoke requirements first and implement changes for all future orders.

We like to follow up all first deliveries with a visit to our customers’ works to check with their Production Team that not just the parts are fit for purpose but also that when they arrived they could quickly access the parts they needed.
